采用浸渍法制备SO42-/Zr O2固体酸,并掺杂稀土元素La对SO42-/Zr O2进行改性,制备了一系列固体超强酸催化剂。通过XRD、TEM表征催化剂结构,并通过滴定法测定催化剂酸量,利用正丁醇和柠檬酸的酯化反应评价催化活性。实验表明,600℃煅烧温度下的SO42-/Zr O2和掺杂量4%SO42-/Zr O2-La2O3活性最高,酯化率分别高达88%和96%,且催化剂具有良好的重复使用性。引入稀土元素La可使活性四方相Zr O2更加稳定,有效增加了催化剂的酸总量,提高了催化剂的活性和重复使用性。
A series of solid superacid catalysts were prepared by impregnation method to prepare SO42- / ZrO2 solid acid and doped rare earth element La to modify SO42- / ZrO2. The catalyst structure was characterized by XRD and TEM, and the amount of catalyst acid was determined by titration. The esterification reaction of n-butanol and citric acid was used to evaluate the catalytic activity. Experiments show that the highest activity of SO42- / ZrO2 and doping amount of 4% SO42- / ZrO2-La2O3 is obtained at the calcination temperature of 600 DEG C, the esterification rates are as high as 88% and 96% respectively, and the catalyst has good reusability. The introduction of rare earth element La makes the active tetragonal ZrO2 more stable, effectively increases the total acid amount of the catalyst, and improves the activity and reusability of the catalyst.
