品德与社会是面向小学中高年级学生开设的一门以培养学生的良好品德、促进学生的社会性发展为目标的综合课程。在品德与社会课程日益向纵深发展的今天,深入探讨和认真研究品德与社会的课程结构,有助于深化和推进我国品德与社会课程的建设和改革,更好地实现本课程的价值。一、品德与社会课程结构的特点教育部在2002年、2012年分别出台了《全日制义务教育品德与社会课程标准(实验稿)》和《义务教育品德与社会课程标准(2011年版)》两个课程标准。尽管相距十年,但两个课程标准在设计思路及内容结构框架上基本是一致的。分析两个课程标准可以看出,品德与社会的课程结构呈现出如下特点:1.学生本位的课程建构观两个课程标准将品德与社会的设计思路表述为“一条主线,点面结合,综合交叉,螺
