以甘草为试材,采用高压静电场处理甘草种子的方法,研究了电压及处理时间对甘草苗期几项生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:电场处理降低了苗期的相对含水量、提高了苗期的根冠比、根长和株高。随着甘草苗龄的增加,整体上叶绿素a含量18kV组高于对照组,15kV组低于对照组;整体上叶绿素b含量18kV组在前45d高于对照组,45~90d低于对照组,而15kV组一直低于对照组。电场处理组的可溶性蛋白含量在30~75d低于对照组,75~90d整体略高于对照组。
The effects of voltage and treatment time on several physiological and biochemical indexes of Glycyrrhiza uralensis seedlings were studied by using high-voltage electrostatic field to treat Glycyrrhiza uralensis with Glycyrrhiza uralensis as test material. The results showed that electric field treatment reduced relative water content at seedling stage and increased root / shoot ratio, root length and plant height at seedling stage. With the increase of licorice seedling age, the content of chlorophyll a was higher in the 18kV group and 15kV group than in the control group. The content of chlorophyll b in 18kV group was higher than that in the control group in the first 45 days and lower than that in the control group at 45-90 days The 15kV group has been lower than the control group. The content of soluble protein in electric field treatment group was lower than that in control group at 30-75 d, slightly higher than that in control group at 75-90 d.
