近年来,随着中国居民饮食结构中胆固醇、油脂水平大幅度提高,心脑血管疾病等已成为困扰中国人的主要健康问题。与此同时,老年痴呆症、抑郁、焦虑等疾病也越来越多地侵扰人们的生活。调查资料显示,目前中国居民的DHA+EPA的平均摄入量仅为37.6mg/天,与联合国粮农组织专家委员会最新的推荐量为成年人每天摄入量2502000毫克相差甚远。在中国消费者中普及n-3脂肪酸对健康的重大意义、提高居民DHA+EPA摄入量,已迫在眉睫。
In recent years, with the substantial increase in cholesterol and lipid levels in the diet of Chinese residents, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have become the major health problems that plague the Chinese people. At the same time, diseases such as dementia, depression and anxiety are also increasingly infecting people’s lives. According to the survey data, the average intake of DHA + EPA in China is only 37.6mg / day, which is far from the latest recommendation of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization of Experts Committee of 2502000mg daily intake for adults. It is imperative to popularize the health benefits of n-3 fatty acids among Chinese consumers and increase their intake of DHA + EPA.
