成年雄性Wistar大鼠54只,分为实验性胃溃疡组,盐水对照组和空白对照组。前两组在制成动物模型后4d、6d、10d和28d分别取材。取出垂体,经Bouin液固定,制成5μm厚的石蜡切片。按Sternberger PAP法显示垂体远侧部的TSH细胞,参照Poole法,在光镜下将垂体远侧部分为A、B、C、D 4个区,用点分析法测量各组TSH细胞面数密度的变化。用图像分析仪对6d胃溃疡组、6d盐水对照组及空白对照组的TSH细胞进行光密度和场面积测量,以观察细胞数量和细胞内激素含量的变化。
54 adult male Wistar rats were divided into experimental gastric ulcer group, saline control group and blank control group. The first two groups were made on the 4d, 6d, 10d and 28d after the animal models were made. Pituitary removed and fixed with Bouin solution to make a 5 μm thick paraffin section. According to the Sternberger PAP method, TSH cells in the distal part of the pituitary were observed. According to the Poole method, the distal part of the pituitary was divided into four regions of A, B, C and D under the light microscope. The surface density of TSH cells The change.
