目前不少厂家出售的棉籽壳中,一般含棉籽在10~30%,为弄清棉籽对发菌及产量的影响,我们做了以下试验。(一)试验设计A.棉壳中含棉籽15%;B.棉壳中含棉籽30%;C.纯棉籽;D.纯棉壳(对照)。(二)试验方法采用瓶栽法,装瓶后于1.2~1.5kg/cm~2下灭菌1小时。2月28日接种,品种为平07,接种后在20±1℃恒温箱中培养,1个月后移至室温下发菌,按常规管理。(三)试验结果发菌速度,4个处理均较一致。现原基期,以处理D(对照)最早(3月28~28日),其次是处理A(3月26日~4月1日)和处理B(3月31日~4
