钢筋砼构件吊点的选择与绑扎是否合理,直接影响构件质量、施工安全和安装进度。为此,在拟定结构吊装方案时,必须合理选择吊点位置和绑扎方法。现仅就常见钢筋砼构件吊点选择与绑扎的有关事宜予以阐述。一、柱子柱子吊装应力的大小与吊点位置密切有关,为了使柱子在吊装过程中不致由于吊装应力过大而遭受破坏,其吊点选择的原则:必须力求吊装弯矩最小。为此,对等截面柱,当一点起吊时,应使|M_max|=|-M_B|(图1a),据此,求得吊点位置距柱顶为
The choice of lifting points for reinforced concrete components and the rationality of banding directly affect the quality of components, construction safety and installation progress. For this reason, when designing the structure hoisting scheme, the hoisting point position and lashing method must be reasonably selected. Only the relevant matters concerning the selection and lashing of common reinforcement bar lifting points will be elaborated. 1. The pillar lifting stress is closely related to the lifting point position. In order to prevent the pillar from being damaged due to excessive lifting stress in the lifting process, the principle of the lifting point selection must be to minimize the lifting bending moment. For this reason, for a column of equal cross section, when one point is hoisted, |M_max|=|-M_B| (Fig. 1a) should be used. From this, the position of the lifting point from the top of the column is
