东林煤矿由于-200 m新水平延伸,-100 m水平以上采区开采相继结束,形成了许多废弃巷道,开采深度的增加导致通风区域多而散,致使通风系统复杂,管理难度大,通风运营成本高。为了满足连续安全生产需要和节省通风费用,从简化通风系统、减少无效风量和降低通风阻力入手,采用封闭采后区域和无效巷道、缩短通风距离、减小巷道断面周长、增大巷道断面面积、增加回风巷道条数和避免巷道内风量过大,并结合改进矿井主要通风机,对东林煤矿通风系统进行了优化。从而满足了安全生产需要,降低了矿井通风成本,改善了工作环境。
