工程项目物资必须实行精细化、标准化管理,并不断创新管理方法,为项目创优创效发挥更大作用。通过对现行的物资业务梳理,认识追溯工作的重要,发掘追溯工作的需要,提出利用物联网技术整合物资使用流程,实行物资使用可追溯的方法。
Project materials must be refined, standardized management, and innovative management methods for the project excellence play a greater role. Through sorting out the existing material and business operations, recognizing the importance of retrospective work and finding out the need of retrospective work, this paper proposes the use of IoT technology to integrate the process of materials usage and to implement the traceability method of material usage.
