目的:提高完善妇炎康复胶囊质量标准.方法:采用反相HPLC法测定黄芩中黄芩苷的含量, 色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax-SB C18 (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm), 流动相为甲醇-0.2％磷酸溶液 (45∶55);柱温为35℃, 流速为0.8 mL/min-1, 检测波长为280 nm.结果:黄芩苷对照品在103.92078 ng范围内线性关系良好 (R2=1), 平均回收率为103.67％ (n=6), RSD％为1.75％.结论:本方法简便、可靠、准确, 灵敏度高, 重复性好, 可用于该制剂中黄芩苷的含量测定.“,”Objective: To improve Fuyan Kangfu Capsule quality standards. Methods: HPLC method was used to determine the content of baicalin in Fuyan Kangfu Capsule, column Agilent Zorbax-SB C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm×5 μm) was eluted with mobile phase of methanol-water-0.2％ phosphoric acid (45∶55), at column temperature35 ℃. The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1 and detective wavelength was 280 nm. Results: The linear range of baicalin was within 103.9-2078 ng (r2=1), and the average recovery was 103.67％; RSD％ was 1.75％ (n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable, accurate, high sensitivity, good reproducibility and can be used for quality control of the preparations.
