自江苏省徐州市教育局实施“学讲方式”以来,社会各界反响较大,争议颇多。究其原因,是一部分教师对学讲方式理解不透、研究不到位,还有一部分教师拿来主义、照搬照抄,在实施的过程中偏离了学讲的理念,也有一部分教师功利主义、急于求成,这些做法都不可取。笔者通过两年多的实践探索,分别从教育学、心理学和方法论等多个角度,引用大量的教学案例,阐述自己对学讲方式的理解。
