软土地区盾构下穿机场主跑道的微扰动施工技术

为减小盾构施工对环境的影响,施工中开始研究微扰动技术。以上海虹桥机场下穿机场主跑道盾构工程为例,根据主跑道的沉降要求,通过有限元模拟施工引起的短期、长期沉降来确定施工参数要求,并设置试验段进行施工参数的优化;采用自动化无棱镜实时扫描监测主跑道变形,监测结果显示,拟定的施工参数满足微扰动要求,且采用新型同步浆液后1年期沉降稳定并可控,成功实现了国内软土地区微扰动下穿机场主跑道的目标。 In order to reduce the impact of shield construction on the environment, we started to study the technology of micro disturbance. Taking Shanghai Hongqiao Airport as an example, according to the settlement requirements of the main runway, the short-term and long-term settlement caused by the finite element simulation are used to determine the construction parameters and the test section is set to optimize the construction parameters. The results show that the proposed construction parameters satisfy the requirements of micro-disturbance and the 1-year settlement of the new synchronous slurry is stable and controllable. The micro-disturbance of the domestic soft soil area has been successfully carried out under the conditions of the airport The main goal of the runway.
