中国石油天然气股份有限公司(以下简称中油股份公司)的法律工作在改制上市时基础较为薄弱,但在2001年却实现了快速发展。究其原因,主要是由于自上而下各级领导高度重视和各部门的大力推动。现在,中油股份公司已初步建立起完备的法律业务工作体系、初具规模的法律队伍,以及与公司一级法人体制相适应的法律工作管理体制和运行机制,普法、用法已深入人心,各项工作都取得了明显效果。
