食品塑料复合膜中溶剂残留污染包装内容物的问题已引起人们广泛的关注,在愈发注重食品安全的今天,降低乃至消除苯类溶剂残留已经成为食品包装企业必须要解决的问题。本文通过研究使用不同的油墨和溶剂,检测最终产品的溶剂残留量的实验途径,得出复合膜在熟化过程中,苯类溶剂和溶剂残留总量并未有效减少的实验数据,进而得出使用含苯油墨的复合膜,其苯类溶剂残留已经很难达到新国家标准要求的结论。
The problem of contamination of packaging contents by solvent residues in food plastic composite membranes has drawn people’s attention. Nowadays, more and more attention is paid on food safety, reducing or eliminating benzene solvent residues has become a problem that food packaging enterprises must solve. In this paper, experimental methods of using different inks and solvents to detect the residual amount of the final product were studied. The experimental data that the residual amount of benzene-based solvents and solvents did not decrease effectively during the curing process were obtained. Composite film containing benzene ink, the benzene solvent residue has been difficult to meet the requirements of the new national standards conclusion.
