目的总结闪光视觉诱发电位(f-VEP)监测脑血管病患者颅内压(ICP)的体会。方法选择62例脑血管病患者,应用牛津Medlc Syner肌电图诱发电位仪进行f-VEP无创ICP监测。结果本组16例中,ICP<20mmHg恢复良好,6例ICP>60mmHg中4例死亡,2例植物生存。本组监测发现ICP增高42例,发生率67.7%,经积极采取相应措施,出院时恢复良好30例(71.4%)。结论 f-VEP是一种无创性检查,用于检查脑血管病颅内高压中的监测,有较成熟技术,可以较正确反映ICP,作为临床脑血管病诊断和治疗的辅助方法。
Objective To summarize the experience of using flash visual evoked potential (f-VEP) to monitor intracranial pressure (ICP) in patients with cerebrovascular disease. Methods Sixty-two patients with cerebrovascular disease were selected, and f-VEP noninvasive ICP monitoring was performed using the Oxford Medlc Syner electromyogram evoked potentiometer. Results In this group of 16 patients, ICP <20mmHg recovered well, 4 of 6 patients with ICP> 60mmHg died and 2 patients survived. In this study, 42 cases of ICP were found to be elevated, with an incidence of 67.7%. 30 cases (71.4%) recovered well after being taken positive measures. Conclusion f-VEP is a non-invasive examination for the detection of cerebrovascular disease in the monitoring of intracranial hypertension, there are more mature techniques that can better reflect the ICP, as an adjunct to the diagnosis and treatment of clinical cerebrovascular disease.
