某钢厂转炉炉壳与托圈的联接方式初始设计为悬盘联接,该种联接装置使用一段时间后发现悬盘及悬盘孔的磨损较为严重.为改善炉壳与托圈的联接方式,将联接装置改为弹簧板式联接.新的联接方式的强度是值得关注的.为保证弹簧板式联接不发生强度问题,采用有限单元法在转炉三种工作极端位置对新的联接装置进行分析计算.有限元计算结果表明,弹簧板式联接方式可以满足强度要求.
The initial design of the connection mode between the furnace shell and the support ring of a steel mill is the suspension connection, and the wear of the suspension and the suspension hole is found to be more serious after the connection device is used for a period of time.In order to improve the connection mode between the furnace shell and the support ring, The coupling device is changed to the spring plate coupling.The strength of the new coupling method is worth attention.In order to ensure that the spring plate coupling does not occur the strength problem, the finite element method is used to analyze and calculate the new coupling device in the three working extreme positions of the converter. Finite element results show that the spring plate coupling method can meet the strength requirements.
