目的研究何首乌炮制前后的药物成分在血液中的差异和变化。方法采用大鼠灌胃的方法,分别建立生首乌与制首乌灌胃大鼠血清的高效液相图谱,比较研究何首乌生品和炮制品血药含量的变化。结果炮制前后何首乌药液灌胃的大鼠及空白大鼠的血药含量图谱有显著不同,空白大鼠的13、14号峰在灌胃大鼠血液中并未检出,而灌胃大鼠在35min、37.5min时出现了空白大鼠所不具备的峰,炮制品灌胃大鼠在37.5min峰面积变化持续时间比生品灌胃大鼠持续时间长。结论何首乌炮制品与生品对灌胃大鼠的药物吸收及作用不同。
Objective To study the differences and changes in blood content of Polygonum multiflorum before and after processing. Methods The rat gavage method was used to establish the high performance liquid chromatogram of Radix Polygoni multiflori and Radix polygoni multiflori by intragastric administration, and the comparison of the changes of the blood content of Polygonum multiflorum crude and processed products. Results Before and after the preparation of Polygonum multiflorum liquid gavage rats and blank rats blood drug content profiles were significantly different, the blank rat 13,14 peak in the blood of rats fed was not detected, and intragastric administration of rats At 35min and 37.5min, the peak appeared in the blank rats. The peak area of the rats fed with the processed products at 37.5min was longer than that of the rats fed with the crude product. Conclusion Polygonum multiflorum processed products and raw products have different effects on the absorption and the effects of drugs in rats.
