注水是油田保持和稳定原油产量最基本的技术手段。油田进入中、高含水期开采后,若没有注水就没有原油产量。在油田的生产过程中,总电耗已超原油生产成本的60%。其中注水是电耗中的第1位,是机械采油的150.0%~200.0%。所以,注水泵的改造,对节约生产成本,提高生产效率具有重大的经济效益和现实意义。通过简要介绍注水泵前置变频的原理及在生产中应用效果,以期对今后的生产有一定指导意义。
Water injection is the most basic technical means for the oil field to maintain and stabilize crude oil output. Oilfield into the high water cut after exploitation, if there is no water injection there is no crude oil production. In the oilfield production process, the total power consumption has exceeded the cost of crude oil production 60%. Water injection is the first one in the power consumption, 150.0% ~ 200.0% of mechanical oil production. Therefore, the injection pump transformation, to save production costs and improve production efficiency has great economic and practical significance. Through brief introduction of the principle of water injection pump frequency conversion and its application in production, with a view to the future of production has some guiding significance.
