我们利用糖厂下脚料甜菜鲜粕直接袋装平菇、凤尾菇的试验获得了成功。采用解粕栽培法,出菇较密集,每袋可产鲜菇1.5～2斤。农用塑料薄膜袋可重复使用,操作方便,简单。如在室外温度低于0℃的条件下,在糖厂的出料口直接装袋,在室外完全开放的条件下接种,污染率极低,成功率高达98％。同时可利用室內的边角空间,充分利用了出菇室,现将栽培方法简介如下:
