本文对中草药复方注射液的沉淀反应作了一些探讨,对研究中草药复方注射液的工艺、分析和改进处方组成有一定的意义。但由于中草药的成分十分复杂,其复方成分则更加复杂,本文又是在不调 pH 值、不去鞣质、单味药提取后进行配伍实验的,与实际工艺可能有一定距离。但通过本文的初步试验,可以说明这些处方中某些药材相互间能发生沉淀,有的是已知有效成分,值得配制复方中草药注射液时加以注意和进行进一步研究。 This article made some discussion on the precipitation reaction of Chinese herbal compound injection, and it has a certain significance for the study of Chinese herbal medicine compound injection process, analysis and improvement of prescription composition. However, due to the complex composition of Chinese herbal medicines, their compound components are more complicated. This article also does not adjust the pH value, does not remove the tannin, and the single-flavored drug is used for the compatibility experiment. It may be a certain distance from the actual process. However, through the preliminary experiments in this paper, it can be shown that some of the medicines in these prescriptions can precipitate with each other, and some of them are known effective ingredients. It is worth paying attention and further research when formulating the compound Chinese herbal medicine injection.
