本文简要综述了稳定同位素示踪技术研究氨基酸生理需要量的研究模型、直接氧化法和指示剂氨基酸氧化法的实验原理以及它们在实验中的应用,通过这种方法可以对氨基酸的代谢过程做一动态观察,计算相关的参数,评估各种必需氨基酸的需要量,所得出的相关数值均高于世界卫生组织所给出的数值。
In this paper, we briefly review the research methods of stable isotope tracing techniques for the study of physiological requirements of amino acids, the experimental principle of direct oxidation and indicator amino acid oxidation, and their application in the experiment. By this method, the metabolic processes of amino acids Dynamic observation, calculation of relevant parameters, assessment of various essential amino acid requirements, the resulting values are higher than the values given by the World Health Organization.
