改革传统的人才培养模式 ,构建出以学生全面素质教育为核心 ,以知识教育为主线 ,以教师技能和能力培养为重点 ,以培养高素质、厚知识、强能力的应用型中学体育教师为目标的三位一体综合培养模式。该模式通过课堂教学与非课堂教学相结合 ,理论与实践相结合 ,知识与能力相结合的有效途径 ,全面发展学生的素质。经过 6年的实践证明 ,该模式具有培养目标的全面性、培养模式的综合性和培养过程的协调性 ,且可操作性强 ,达到了模式设计的预期效果。
