杀伤性T 细胞(Tc)在恶性肿瘤和病毒感染的免疫监视机构中具有重要作用。Tc 的活化除需要IL-2外,还必须有二种以上的杀伤性T 细胞分化因子(KHF)。因而对人KHF的研究不仅有助于了解T 细胞活化机制,而且对建立癌症的新免疫疗法也有重要意义。现已知KHF 分二类,即来自24A,CA2的KHF-1和来自55A 的KHF55A。人的KHF-1是24A,CA2人T 细胞杂交瘤产生的,分子量为20K,等电点为6.4,
Killer T cells (Tc) play an important role in the immune surveillance of malignant tumors and viral infections. Activation of Tc requires two or more killer T cell differentiation factors (KHF) in addition to IL-2. Therefore, the study of human KHF not only helps to understand the mechanism of T cell activation, but also has important implications for the establishment of new immunotherapy for cancer. It is known that KHF is classified into two types, namely KHF-1 from 24A, CA2 and KHF55A from 55A. Human KHF-1 is produced by a 24A, CA2 human T cell hybridoma with a molecular weight of 20K and an isoelectric point of 6.4.
