本文研究了未经预处理LY12CZ铝合金在强电场中超塑性变形时应变速率敏感性指数、板料厚向异性指数、激活能、极限延伸率的变化和超塑性单向拉伸时的流变应力特征。同时,研究了未经预处理LY12CZ铝合金在强电场中超塑性变形后材料的弹性模型、屈服强度、强度极限和断裂时的断面缩减率的变化。并将超塑性拉伸研究结果应用于未经预处理LY12CZ铝合金在强电场中的超塑性自由胀形,制作出了自由胀形零件,测量了相对极限胀形高度和零件相对厚度分布的变化。
In this paper, the change of strain rate sensitivity index, sheet thickness anisotropy index, activation energy and ultimate elongation of superplastic deformation of LY12CZ aluminum alloy under the strong electric field and the flow stress of superplastic uniaxial tension feature. At the same time, the elastic model, yield strength, strength limit and the reduction of section reduction rate of the LY12CZ aluminum alloy after being subjected to superplastic deformation in a strong electric field were studied. The results of superplastic stretching were applied to the superplastic free bulging of LY12CZ aluminum alloy without preconditioning in a strong electric field to produce free bulging parts and the changes of the relative limit bulging height and the relative thickness distribution of the parts were measured .
