利用强优势籼型杂交稻组合汕优 6 3(珍汕 97×明恢 6 3)产生的永久性籼籼交重组自交系 (RIL)群体 2 4 1个株系 ,1999年在杭州对株高、生育期、产量和产量构成因子等 9个重要农艺性状 ,进行了评价 ,以及方差分析、相关分析和多元逐步回归分析以及通径分析等研究。结果表明 ,这些性状在重组自交系群体中均存在双向超亲分离 ,分布频率大致接近正态分布。除有效穗数性状外 ,8个农艺性状在双亲之间均存在显著或极显著差异。每穗实粒数、结实率、千粒重、每穗总粒数与单株产量具有极显著相关 ,并解释了单株产量 88.7%的变异。有效穗数对单株产量的通径系数(Py1 )与相关系数 (ry2 )符号相反 ,通径系数更有利于解释其本质。还中选比汕优 6 3增产 10 %以上的 10份优良株系 ,可作为水稻育种优异资源或直接在生产上试种推广。
A total of 214 lines of permanent indica indica hybrid inbred lines (RIL) from Shanyou 6 3 (Zhenshan 97 × Minghui 6 3) High, growth period, yield and yield components of nine important agronomic traits were evaluated, and analysis of variance, correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis and path analysis and other research. The results showed that these traits existed two-way super-parents separation in the recombinant inbred lines population, and the distribution frequency was approximately normal distribution. Except panicle number, eight agronomic traits had significant or extremely significant differences among parents. The number of grains per panicle, seed setting rate, grain weight per panicle, total grains per panicle and grain yield per plant were significantly correlated with each other, and explained the variation of single plant yield by 88.7%. The path coefficient (Py1) and yield coefficient (ry2) of effective panicles per plant yield the opposite sign, and the path coefficient is more conducive to explain its essence. Also selected ten superior strains than Shanyou 6 3 yield more than 10%, can be used as rice breeding an excellent resource or directly in the production of tryout promotion.
