目的:研究灯盏乙素对瑞舒伐他汀在大鼠肠道吸收的影响。方法:采用大鼠在体单向肠灌流法,以HPLC法测定瑞舒伐他汀的浓度,计算瑞舒伐他汀的肠道吸收速率常数(Ka)、表观吸收系数(Papp)。考察灯盏乙素对瑞舒伐他汀在肠道吸收的影响。结果:灯盏乙素联用瑞舒伐他汀吸收速率常数、表观吸收系数与单用瑞舒伐他汀差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:联合给予灯盏乙素不会影响瑞舒伐他汀在肠道的吸收。
Objective: To investigate the effect of scutelin on the intestinal absorption of rosuvastatin in rats. Methods: Rat rosiglitazone was determined by HPLC in vivo. The intestinal absorption rate constant (Ka) and apparent absorption coefficient (Papp) of rosuvastatin were calculated. The effect of scutelin on the absorption of rosuvastatin in intestine was investigated. Results: The rate constant of absorption of scutellarin combined with rosuvastatin, apparent absorption coefficient and rosuvastatin alone had no statistical significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The combination of scutellarin does not affect the absorption of rosuvastatin in the intestine.
