对近年来国内外对于职业院校学生学习动机和学业成就研究成果进行了归纳总结,指出目前在职业院校中学生学习动机相关研究的发展趋势:(1)对学习过程中学生自主学习能力更加重视;(2)对学习结果的评价方式由单一的学业成绩转化为多元评价方式;(3)重视学习的外部因素对学生学业成就的影响作用。最后,研究者提出了对于提高职业院校学生学习动机的几点建议。
This paper summarizes the research achievements of vocational college students ’motivation and academic achievements at home and abroad in recent years, and points out the current trends of research on the motivation of middle school students in vocational colleges: (1) pay more attention to the students’ autonomous learning ability in the process of learning; (2) The assessment of learning outcomes is transformed from a single academic achievement into a multiple assessment approach; (3) Emphasis is placed on the impact of external factors on the academic achievement of students. Finally, the researchers put forward some suggestions to improve the motivation of students in vocational colleges.
