房地产行业近几年发展越来越盛况,而针对房地产的投资也随之蜂拥而至,房地产是一种基本的经济活动,也就是说将大部分资金投入到房地产的开发、经营以及管理等等项目中去,以期望的到预期的收益,但是在这个过程中,收益伴随着风险,特别是我国房地产投资,风险更是无处不在。那么,本文就针对房地产行业投资风险的管理上提出了一些策略,进行探讨。
