目的:研究RAB5A基因表达与结肠癌发生、转移的关系。方法:应用免疫组化技术检测42例结肠癌标本RAB5A基因的表达。结果:结肠癌中RAB5A的表达与组织学分型、分化、淋巴结转移均有明显关系(χ2=3.96～6.73,P<0.05)。结论:RAB5A是一个可能与结肠癌发生、转移相关的基因,并且还可能与它们的分化程度有关。
Objective: To study the relationship between RAB5A gene expression and the occurrence and metastasis of colon cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of RAB5A gene in 42 cases of colon cancer. Results: The expression of RAB5A in colon cancer was significantly correlated with histological type, differentiation and lymph node metastasis (χ2 = 3.96 ~ 6.73, P <0.05). Conclusion: RAB5A is a gene that may be involved in the occurrence and metastasis of colon cancer, and may also be related to their differentiation degree.
