企业文化是在企业发展基础上产生的,良好的企业文化是企业发展的源动力。目前我国企业文化建设中以人为本核心地位偏离、诚信缺失严重及与生态文明相背离等诸多问题。在这种严峻的现状面前,坚持以人为核心,建立完善的职业培训机制、企业用人机制和企业文化发展规划;坚持以文化内涵为基础,践行社会主义核心价值观,同时恪守和谐的生态文明观,推动企业可持续发展,共同促进中国特色企业文化朝着良好的方向前进和发展是十分必要和具有重要意义的。
