现行无机化学实验中“溶液的配制”实验的内容较为简单,因此,需要对该实验进行优化和改进:先分别配制出不同物质的量浓度的NaCl溶液和不同质量分数的乙醇溶液,再用阿贝折射仪分别测量溶液的折射率值,最后通过线性拟合求算出其数学解析关系式。改进后的实验结果表明,实验有较好的操作性和准确性,实验效果好。实验优化及改进不仅丰富了实验教学内容,还体现了实验教学的综合化,同时还提高了学生的学习兴趣,实验教学的结果令人满意。
In the current inorganic chemistry experiment, the contents of the experiment of “solution preparation” are relatively simple. Therefore, the experiment needs to be optimized and improved. First, NaCl solutions with different concentrations and ethanol solutions with different mass fractions Abbe refractometer were used to measure the refractive index of the solution, and finally calculated by linear fitting the mathematical relationship. The improved experimental results show that the experiment has good operability and accuracy, the experimental effect is good. Experimental optimization and improvement not only enriches the experimental teaching content, but also reflects the integration of experimental teaching, but also enhances the students’ interest in learning. Experimental teaching results are satisfactory.
