为提高中速大功率柴油机缸套的耐磨性,对缸套常用材料—磷钒铸铁进行了激光熔融处理。处理后的组织分成熔化区、半熔化区、相变硬化区和热影响区四层。对各区的显微组织和硬度梯度进行了分析。
In order to improve the wear resistance of medium-speed high-power diesel engine cylinder liner, laser melting was performed on the phosphorus-vanadium cast iron, which is a common material of the cylinder liner. The treated tissue is divided into four zones: melting zone, semi-melting zone, phase-change hardening zone and heat-affected zone. The microstructure and hardness gradient of each area were analyzed.
