有丝分裂原活化蛋白激酶激酶激酶(mitogen-activated protein kinase/extracellular signal-regulated kinase kinase kinase 3,MEKK3)是MAP3K(mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase)家族的丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶,它在哺乳类动物的各种组织中广泛表达。该蛋白激酶能够有效激活有丝分裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogen-activated protein kinase,MAPK)和NF-κB信号通路,与多种肿瘤的发生与发展密切相关。本文将从其结构、蛋白磷酸化、信号传导、免疫调节及与肿瘤的关系等方面对MEKK3的研究进行相关综述。
Mitogen-activated protein kinase / extracellular signal-regulated kinase kinase kinase 3 (MEKK3) is a serine / threonine protein kinase of the mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase family. It is expressed in mammals Widely expressed in various tissues of animals. The protein kinase can effectively activate the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) and NF-κB signaling pathways, and is closely related to the occurrence and development of a variety of tumors. This article reviews the studies on MEKK3 in terms of its structure, phosphorylation, signal transduction, immunoregulation and its relationship with tumor.
