我厂产品的偏心轴细而长(φ6×136mm),因轴端而小无法钻偏心孔,而采用简易偏心套和偏心轴上加工艺台的方法,在普通车床和磨床上,便能加工出偏心距0.7_0~(+0.025)mm的工件。其方法如下:1.用偏心轴端面上的同心顶尖孔,车出各台阶的外圆和沟槽,并在车床上将偏心轴一头用尖刀拉出找正线(见图)。2.将右边偏心套上的找正线对准偏心轴找正线,用螺钉拧紧。再将左边偏心套装在偏心轴的另一端,并一起放在平板上,使两个套的平面放平,拧紧左边偏心套上的螺钉。用顶尖顶住偏心套,车、磨偏心轴各台阶。偏心套由两件组成一套,偏心套的制作是按偏心轴上留的工艺台尺寸,
