本文对37例室性心动过速(VT)患者的心电图结合临床表现及预后进行分析探讨,提示具有下列心电图者,常伴随严重的临床表现,且预后不良:①QRS宽度>0.14秒;②QRS电压差异>0.6mV;③R-R间期相差在0.08秒以上;④QRS形态发生多变,呈多源性或尖端扭转;⑤VT并发Ⅱ～Ⅲ~0房室传导阻滞、心房颤动、窦性停搏;⑥发作时间在30秒以上或持续更长者。
In this paper, 37 patients with ventricular tachycardia (VT) clinical manifestations and prognosis of ECG analysis and analysis, suggesting that the following ECG, often accompanied by serious clinical manifestations, and poor prognosis: â ’QQ width> 0.14 seconds; â’ ¡QRS voltage differences > 0.6mV; â’¡ R-R interval difference of 0.08 seconds or more; â ’£ QRS morphological changes, was multi-source or tip torsion; â’ ¢ VT complicated with Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ ~ ⑥ attack time in more than 30 seconds or longer.
