采用一种基于“全析因设计的少量样本点计算+径向基函数响应面代理模型”的多学科设计优化策略和优化方法,在直升机RCS特性分析和直升机气动特性的基础上,考虑已有的总体性能分析方法,建立了一套总体/气动/隐身一体化综合设计方法。采用该方法应用到某算例直升机的总体/气动/隐身一体化优化设计中,优化后各项目标计算值和通过代理模型得到的拟合值误差都在1.5%范围内,理论计算结果与试验结果的趋势是一致的,说明建立的优化方法获得的结果可以满足工程实际应用的要求。
A multi-disciplinary design optimization strategy and optimization method based on “small sample point calculation + radial basis function response surface agent model” based on “full descent factorial design ” is proposed. Based on RCS characteristics analysis of helicopter and helicopter aerodynamic characteristics, The existing overall performance analysis method, established a set of overall / aerodynamic / stealth integrated design method. The proposed method is applied to the overall / aerodynamic / stealth integrated optimization design of an example helicopter. The calculated target values and the fitting errors obtained by the proxy model are both within 1.5%. The theoretical results and experimental results The trend of the results is consistent, indicating that the results obtained by the established optimization method can meet the requirements of the practical application of the project.
