目的 :利用多频稳态诱发反应 (MFSSR)测试聋儿的残余听力 ,比较该方法与听性脑干反应 (ABR)之间阳性率的差异来说明这种客观测试法所具有的优点。方法 :在睡眠状态下测试了 2 78例聋儿的MFSSR及ABR ,分析了MFSSR不同频率阳性反应出现率及阈值分布范围 ,并与ABR阳性反应出现率进行比较。结果 :左右耳MFSSR在 0 .5kHz、1.0kHz、2 .0kHz和 4 .0kHz的阳性率分别为 33.0 9%、70 .5 0 %、4 4 .96 %、19.4 2 %和33.81%、6 6 .91%、4 1.0 7%、17.6 3% ,而ABR的阳性率为 16 .91%和 17.2 7% ,MFSSR后 3个频率的阳性反应出现率要明显高于ABR。结论 :MFSSR作为一种客观测试方法具有频率特性好、刺激强度高、结果由计算机自动判断等特点 ,是一种有价值的客观测试方法
OBJECTIVE: To demonstrate the advantages of this objective test by measuring the residual hearing ability of deaf children using multi-frequency homeostatic response (MFSSR) and comparing the difference between this method and the auditory brainstem response (ABR). Methods: The MFSSR and ABR of 278 deaf children were tested in sleep state. The incidence and threshold distribution of positive rate of MFSSR at different frequencies were analyzed and compared with the incidence of ABR positive reaction. Results: The positive rates of MFSSR at left and right ear were 33.0 9%, 70.5%, 44.46%, 19.4 2% and 33.81% at 6kHz, 1.0kHz, 2.0kHz and 4.0kHz, respectively .91%, 4 1.07% and 17.6 3%, respectively, while the positive rates of ABR were 16.91% and 17.27%. The positive rates of the three frequencies after MFSSR were significantly higher than those of ABR. Conclusion: As an objective test method, MFSSR is a valuable objective test method because of its good frequency characteristics, high stimulus intensity and automatic judgment by computer.
