实行军队后勤保障社会化改革,是中央军委江主席着眼世界军事发展潮流,站在我军跨世纪改革与建设的战略高度,提出的一个重要国防和军事建设思想。一年多来,全军各部队驻大中城市的单位进行了一些有益的探索和实践,取得了一些可供借鉴的经验。但从总体上看,这一改革尚处在起步和试点阶段。结合兰州战区的实际,笔者对加快军队后勤保障社会化改革进程的问题提出几点建议。 The implementation of the socialized reform of the logistics support for the armed forces is an important concept of national defense and military construction put forward by Chairman Jiang Zemin of the Central Military Commission at a strategic height that takes a global military development trend and stands at the cross-century reform and construction of our armed forces. In the past year or so, some units of the armed forces in large and medium-sized cities have conducted some useful explorations and practices and have gained some experiences for reference. But on the whole, this reform is still in its infancy and pilot phase. Combined with the actual Lanzhou theater, the author put forward some suggestions to speed up the process of socialized reform of military logistics support.
