临床资料本组男性12例,女性13例;0～1岁6例,1～2岁9例,2～3岁8例,6～7岁2例,毛细支气管炎9例;支气管肺炎14例。大叶性肺炎2例。合并急性心功不全23例,感染性休克2例,代谢性酸中毒6例,中枢性呼吸衰竭3例。结果心电图正常及异常标准参照《实用小儿心电图学》所列标准。25例患儿均有不同类型及不同程度的心电图改变,其中:ST-T改变19例; Clinical data of this group of 12 males and 13 females; 0 to 1 year in 6 cases, 1 to 2 years in 9 cases, 2 to 3 years in 8 cases, 6 to 7 years in 2 cases, 9 cases of bronchiolitis; bronchial pneumonia in 14 cases .
