The immune indexes of patients with endometriosis (endometriosis) were measured to investigate the status of humoral and cellular immunity in patients with endometriosis. The levels of anti-endometrial antibody (EMAb), ovarian tumor-associated antigen (CA125) In the diagnosis of endometriosis significance. The levels of IgA, IgM, IgG, C3, C4 and T lymphocyte subsets (CD3, CD4, CD8) and EMAb, CA125 in patients with endometriosis were detected and compared with pelvic inflammatory disease group, control group Group comparison. The results showed that endometriosis group and pelvic inflammatory disease group of peripheral blood immunoglobulin IgA, IgM, IgG were increased, compared with the control group, there was a significant difference (P <0.01); endometriosis group and pelvic inflammatory disease group Compared with the control group, only the content of IgG decreased (P <0.01), IgM, IgA content had no significant difference (P> 0.05). Compared with the control group, C3 and C4 increased in endometriosis group, but there was no significant difference (P> 0.05); CD4 / CD8 increased (P <0.05) No significant changes. Endometriosis patients with positive rate of EMAb 59.1%, CA125 increased only 14%; pelvic inflammatory disease EMAb positive rate of 0%, CA125 increased 50%. That endometriosis patients with immune function hyperthyroidism, especially hyperthyroidism-based, the extent of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease similar. EMAb in the diagnosis of endometriosis with high specificity, CA1
