目的 观察灰质异位性难治性癫痫中多药耐药基因蛋白 (MDR 1)、耐药基因相关蛋白 (MRP)及胶质纤维酸性蛋白 (GFAP)在发育异常性脑组织中的表达情况。方法 对确诊为脑灰质异位性症状性癫痫患者手术切除下病灶组织行免疫组化染色 ,观察脑组织中MDR 1、MRP及GFAP的表达情况。结果 在手术切除的病灶组织中 ,除一些增生性的星形胶质细胞同时具上述三种蛋白的阳性标记外 ,在一些异形的神经元内同时还存在有MDR 1和MRP的阳性表达。结论 灰质异位性难治性癫痫中MDR 1、MRP及GFAP不仅可在一些反应性的星形胶质细胞中表达 ,而且还可在一些发育异常的异形神经元中表达
Objective To observe the expression of multidrug resistance gene protein (MDR 1), multidrug resistance gene related protein (MRP) and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) in dysplastic brain in gray matter atopic dermatitis. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was performed on the lesion tissue of patients with symptomatic epilepsy diagnosed as cerebral gray matter. The expression of MDR 1, MRP and GFAP in the brain tissue were observed. Results In the resected lesion tissues, positive expression of MDR 1 and MRP existed in some abnormal neurons except some proliferating astrocytes with the positive markers of the above three proteins. Conclusions MDR 1, MRP and GFAP are not only expressed in some reactive astrocytes, but also expressed in some dysplastic neurons in gray matter atopic dermatitis
