目的:了解综合营养干预对2型糖尿病患者血清胰岛素敏感性影响。方法:选取前往医院就诊的2型糖尿病患者98人,随机分为干预组、对照组。对干预组人群开展为期6个月的膳食指导和符合营养制剂补充的综合营养干预,对照组不采取相应干预措施。结果:至干预结束后,干预组不同时点血清胰岛素浓度平均减少1.53m IU/L,而对照组平均增加2.27m IU/L,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;干预组胰岛素抵抗指数减少0.04±3.70,而对照组增长0.12±3.76,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:综合营养干预对2型糖尿病患者血清胰岛素敏感性可起到一定程度的改善作用。
Objective: To understand the impact of comprehensive nutrition intervention on serum insulin sensitivity in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: A total of 98 type 2 diabetic patients who went to the hospital for treatment were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The intervention group for a period of 6 months of dietary counseling and nutritional supplements in line with the comprehensive nutritional intervention, the control group did not take appropriate interventions. Results: At the end of the intervention, serum insulin concentration decreased by 1.53m IU / L at different time points in the intervention group, while the control group increased 2.27m IU / L on average, with a significant difference (P <0.05); insulin resistance index decreased 0.04 ± 3.70, while the control group increased 0.12 ± 3.76, the difference was statistically significant, P <0.05. Conclusion: The comprehensive nutrition intervention can improve the serum insulin sensitivity of type 2 diabetic patients to a certain extent.
