OBJECTIVES: To evaluate whether B-monitoring and guidance of complex abortion are superior to traditional abortion in preventing their complications. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Eighty-six intrauterine women with IUD and early pregnant women and 62 women with postpartum uterine bleeding and 9 other pregnant women were observed, including 4 cases of uterine malformation and early pregnancy and 5 cases of uterine fibroids and early pregnancy, The application of B-monitoring to guide the incidence of complications after abortion and compared with 692 cases of traditional abortion. Results: B-supervised abortion was superior to traditional abortion in preventing complications, such as comprehensive response, uterine cavity residue, and the number of hysteroscopy, P <0.05, and 1 case of uterine perforation did not occur. Conclusion: The application of B-ultrasound in complex abortion directly enhances the surgeon’s ability of looking directly and increases the accuracy and safety of the operation. The method is simple and suitable for improving the quality of operation and effectively preventing abortion Complications occur.
