由于水泥稳定碎石基层设计载荷强度高,易导致开裂并引起沥青面层裂缝,这导致了半刚性基层沥青路面较严重的水损害。本文依托237省道高邮段改扩建工程路面施工实例,通过试验分析在水泥稳定碎石中掺加一定剂量乳化沥青后,混合料的无限抗压强度、劈裂强度和干缩性能的变化情况,研究在保证基层强度的前提下寻找减少基层裂缝的有效途径。本文系统地介绍了这种半柔性基层材料的性能组成设计及施工工艺过程,为半柔性基层的推广应用提供可借鉴的经验。
As the design load strength of the cement stabilized macadam base is high, it can easily lead to cracking and cause cracking of the asphalt surface layer, which leads to more serious water damage on the semi-rigid base asphalt pavement. This paper relies on the construction of pavement of Gaoyou Section of Provincial Highway 237 to analyze the changes of infinity compressive strength, splitting strength and shrinkage shrinkage of the mixture after mixing a certain amount of emulsified asphalt in the cement stabilized macadam by experiment. Under the precondition of ensuring the strength of the grassroots, the author looks for an effective way to reduce the grassroots cracks. This article systematically introduces the performance of semi-flexible base material composition of the design and construction process, for the promotion of semi-flexible base to provide reference for the experience.
