Y染色体重复是慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)一种罕见的染色体演化,关于出现此种非整倍体的意义,目前尚未见有探讨。本文报导两例CML急变期骨髓细胞发现Y染色体重复的研究,作者结合文献资料进行比较,并提出了初步的看法。两例CML均为老年男性,一例62岁,慢性期核型为46,XY,t(9;22)(q34;q11),急变期核型演变为48,XYY,+21,t(9;22)(q34;q11)。另一例56岁,慢性期核型为46,XY,t(9;22)(q34;q11),急变时除出现Y染色体增加外还伴有其它染色体的重复(8和Ph~1)、易位[t(6;8)(q34;q11)]和17号等臂染色体[i(17q)]。
The Y-chromosome repeat is a rare chromosomal evolution of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). The significance of this aneuploidy has not yet been explored. This article reports two cases of CML blasts bone marrow cells found Y chromosome replication studies, the authors combined literature data for comparison, and put forward a preliminary view. Two cases of CML were elderly males, one was 62 years old, and the chronic phase karyotypes were 46, XY, t (9; 22) (q34; q11). The karyotype evolution in the blast crisis was 48, XYY, +21, t (9; 22)(q34;q11). In another case 56 years old, the chronic karyotype was 46, XY, t(9;22)(q34;q11). In addition to an increase in the Y chromosome, there were other chromosome repeats (8 and Ph~1) and changes in the rapid change. Position [t(6;8)(q34;q11)] and the arm number 17 of the isoarm [i(17q)].
