心理测验在高校职业指导工作中暴露出许多问题,包括职业指导人员的素质有待提升、问卷或量表选用不正确、施测过程不规范、评分过程非标准化以及解释测验结果不够慎重等。这些问题表明有关部门必须加强职业指导人员的职业道德和理论基础修养,尽量选择购买具有科学性和适用性的测验工具,规范施测过程和评分过程,慎重对待测验结果。
Psychological tests in vocational guidance work in colleges and universities exposed many problems, including the quality of career guidance personnel to be improved, the questionnaire or scale selection is not correct, the process of non-standardization of the evaluation process, non-standardization and explain the test results are not careful enough.
