我所全体职工,在社会主义大跃进的革命热潮鼓舞下,鼓起了革命干劲,打破了常规,来一个大跃进,向北京市结核病防治所提出友谊竞赛,其主要条件如下: 一、住院部分:在保证质量,精简机构人员的基础上增加病床50％,由1957年的80张增加到120张,编制指标由原1:0.85降到1:0.62(我所病床是急救性质)。病床利用率达到100％,病床周转率4次。减轻病人负担,降低伙食标准,每人每月平均不超过20元,做到病人住院舒适,吃得好,吃得饱。取消星期或假日患者不出入院的规定。二、门诊部分:在保证医疗质量和精简机构人员的基础上,扩大门诊量45％,由原门诊量550增到800,团体检查量增加45％,由原团检量275增到400,编制指标由原1:0.15降到1:0.10,星期及假日照常开诊。
