在初中阶段的教育教学中,教师在如何强化学生的文化体验、内化学生的文化品格、引导学生形成正确的文化观等方面需要进行深入思考和探究.同时,在进行思考和探究的基础上,教师还应总结出在初中英语教学中如何培养学生文化品格的一些具体的实践途径,从而将文化品格的培养落实在具体的课堂以及课外的教学实践中.这是全面发展当前初中学生英语核心素养必要的一环.本文首先将英语学科核心素养中的文化品格这一重要的概念进行重点阐释,然后重点探究初中英语教学中能够有效培养学生文化品格的实践途径,引导学生从只关注语言学习走向关注语言背后的文化探究.
