随着经济的发展,国际环境的变化、新技术的应用和社会需求的变化,国内航空公司在经营理念、运作手段等方面,正逐步加快与国际接轨的进程,这对中国航空公司提出了挑战,同时也为中国航空旅游业务的深度拓展提供了机遇。对于航空公司的电子商务解决方案,国内尚处于探索阶段,本文试图从欧美国家航空公司电子商务的发展之路进行分析,对国内航空公司电子商务的成长机遇、电子商务的解决方案及未来的电子商务模式做些探讨。由于国内航空电子商务处于摸索和起步阶段,没有相关完整的数据可以借鉴,所以本文基本采用美国航空公司相关数据。
