对于广大中专学生而言,职业生涯规划是其在校学习期间十分重要的学习和实践内容,但是鉴于当前中专职业生涯规划指导中所存在的缺乏实践锻炼、理论学习所占用的时间过多、课堂结构和教学模式设计不尽合理以及缺乏对于学生个人要素的有效指导和因材施教等方面问题,故而对其开展革新使之能够更加适应当前中专学生学习与发展的需要,就显得格外重要。翻转课堂作为一种全新的教学模式,能够实现理论教学与实践应用的合二为一,因此将其作用于中专职业生涯规划课程当中,将有助于有效解决当前存在的各类问题,推动中专学生的职业生涯规划。本文以“翻转课堂构建中专职业生涯规划的课堂设计与实施”为主要研究对象,通过对“翻转课堂”概念的阐释,进而对翻转课堂构建中专职业生涯规划课程的可行性进行分析,并从课前、课堂以及效果与启示三个角度来展开具体的实施策略分析。希望通过本文的论述能对当前中专职业生涯规划的课程设计提供有针对意义的措施,推进其建设与发展。
For the majority of technical secondary school students, career planning is very important learning and practice during their school learning, but in view of the current lack of practical training in career guidance in secondary vocational schools, theoretical study takes too much time Classroom design and teaching model are not reasonable, and there is a lack of effective guidance on individual elements of the students and teaching in accordance with their aptitudes so that it is especially important for them to make innovations so that they can better meet the needs of the current secondary school students’ learning and development. Flip classroom as a new teaching mode, which can achieve the combination of theoretical teaching and practical application, so its role in secondary vocational career planning curriculum which will help effectively solve all kinds of existing problems and promote Vocational college students career planning. In this paper, we mainly focus on the classroom design and implementation of “Turn over the classroom to build secondary vocational career planning”, and through the interpretation of the concept of “flip classroom”, and then the feasibility of building secondary vocational career planning courses in overturning classrooms Analysis, and from the pre-class, class and effect and enlightenment from three perspectives to carry out specific implementation strategy analysis. It is hoped that through the discussion of this article, we can provide meaningful measures to the current curriculum design of career planning of secondary vocational schools and promote their construction and development.
